We at Glorious Group, have three key stakeholders: customers, channel partners, and our very own employees. Customers are the heart of every business. We involve our customers at every level. Right from the planning till the hands-over – no costs are hidden, no stones left unturned. Our architects select all the interior fittings. Our layout share not ad-hoc. They are designed after a lot of research and meticulous planning. We don’t sell a house; we intend to sell a home. It is an experience. Channel Partners are usually untrusting of realtors. One of our biggest achievements, perhaps, is fostering a loyal pool of channel partners. This has only been possible because we have the timeliest pay-outs in the industry. Their faith in us has been rock solid since our inception. What good is having a happy customer but a disgruntled employee? We are a family at work. Each employee has equal access to opportunities. We take regular updates on employee satisfaction. Everybody at Glorious Group is celebrated and made to feel important. They are our biggest assets. We also provide opportunities to the differently abled. We have hired numerous personnel with special needs across the spectrum.
